Help Bobby & Memphis move into a apartment
Donation protected
We are a recovery-based community called the 8:15 Group and fundraising to help our dear friend Bobby and his daughter move into an apartment after the loss of his beautiful wife Marcee. Marcee fought Breast Cancer for five long years with courage and strength while continuing to live her life to the fullest. Up to the very end, October 16, 2022, she was still going to work to be with her students, being an incredibly loving wife and mom, and keeping contact with her closest friends and colleagues.
Bobby and Marcee bought a house not too long ago and were loving being homeowners in the Lexington community. Unfortunately, with her passing the house payment and property taxes are too much for a single income so Bobby and Memphis will be moving to an apartment in Austin, TX. They are both looking at this new chapter with mixed emotions. On one hand, it's exciting to move to a place where Memphis can have opportunities she didn't have in a small town and will live very close to her new school. Bobby will be closer to meetings and friends so he can have support through the grieving process and access to programs for single parents. On the other hand, they are going to miss their current home and the community they adore. It is with lots of love we ask you to please donate any amount and help these two wonderful people start this new chapter without worry and stress and know they have the support of so many people who not only loved Marcee but love them too.
