Help Braden March Drum Corps!
Donation protected
Hello!
As you may know, I have been selected to play bass drum for the world class drum corps, Madison Scouts, based in Madison, WI. What this means is that in early June, I will move to Eau Claire, WI to begin spring training, and in early July, we will hit the road to tour the country. Over this tour, we will be rehearsing and performing a field show for thousands of audience members across Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois, Minnesota, Kansas, Texas, Arkansas, Georgia, Tennessee, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Indiana. I am super stoked for this experience as marching in a world class ensemble has been a dream of mine ever since I made my high school’s drumline freshman year, and I have worked tremendously hard to make it a reality.
Unfortunately, participating in this activity comes with a steep price. My tuition for the summer is $4,900. This covers housing, transportation, food, instruction, uniforms, use of equipment, and a multitude of other things for the entire summer. Because of this, I’m asking for your assistance!
Any amount you are able to contribute, whether it be $10 or $100, would be a tremendous help. It is not easy to ask people for money, but I am extremely grateful to be surrounded by supportive friends, family, and community.
Any money I may receive beyond my goal of $4,900 will first be used to cover my transportation to and from indoor percussion and drum corps rehearsals, as well as other personal expenses. All money left over will be made in a donation directly to Forward Performing Arts, the parent organization for Madison Scouts.
Thank you for taking the time to read this letter! Please consider helping me make my dreams come true! All donations or shares help!
