Help Brandon Diaz Cover His Medical Expenses

Hello, I’m Jazlyn Sandoval. On April 4th and 7th, Brandon Diaz will be going into surgery to have a large chondrosarcoma tumor removed from his pelvis, requiring an amputation of his entire left leg to get the whole tumor out. Upon asking his surgeon about any other options we may have, she stated that it’s either remove his leg and take out the whole tumor, or leave the tumor in, let it grow into his spine, and shorten his life expectancy. We went with the first option.

With his surgery coming up in the next two weeks, any kind of donation would be appreciated to help cover his medical expenses as well as a prosthetic leg that would assist him a bit more in his new way of walking (the good ones cost around 70,000, but we’re aware that may not be feasible). He is currently applying for disability but has not been approved yet, so hopefully that can go through soon- but while we are trying to make ends meet in the meantime, it has proven to be increasingly difficult as we await the operation. Brandon could not continue to work his job of two years, as his pain was too intense, so this money would help in a multitude of ways working towards Brandon’s financial well-being.
