Help Bree & Leighton farewell their rainbow baby!

Breanna and Leighton have been trying to have a baby for 8 out of the 10 years that they have been together. During that time, Breanna has had 6 miscarriages. She has never been the sort of person that gives up easily, so when she fell pregnant for the 7th time, well, she and Leighton thought they were in 7th Heaven.
Everything was going well, until their baby was diagnosed with a diaphragmatic hernia which resulted in her stomach and other organs to reside in her chest cavity, which has caused her left lung to not develop along with the left side of her heart. This malformation would have caused Bree and Leights to have their tiny baby operated on as soon as she was born, most likely prematurely, to repair her heart, lungs and diaphragm. This little baby girl would be in the NICU for a very long time.
This was all going to be ok and could be dealt with…
Until a week later when the baby was diagnosed with a rare chromosomal defect, T18 known as Edwards Syndrome. This random syndrome, which is a genetic disorder, where instead of being two T18 chromosomes there are three, which coupled together with the the Herniated Diaphragm has given Bree and Leights the worst news they never wanted to hear. Their baby girl was not going to survive the pregnancy and may only live for a few minutes once born, (if she makes it to full term).
Breanna and Leighton were given the option to terminate, but they turned this down so they could feel every movement, kick and grow love for the baby girl that they worked so hard to make.
The cruel hands of fate dealt a nasty blow to these gorgeous people. Instead of planning a baby shower and nesting, they are planning a funeral.
I have been Breanna’s best friend for 17 years and I wish I could do more to help her and Leighton, hence why I am doing this fundraiser. When the baby is due, both Bree and Leights will have to take time off of work, organise photographers, funeral, cremation and spend whatever time they are gifted with, with their baby once she is born. Please help me help them to ease some financial burden for these beautiful people.
Breanna and Leighton, who have very deep seeded roots in their Mäori culture, had already named their baby girl, before they knew she was not going to survive, and they plan on having a proper Mäori (Tangi) funeral for her.
