Help Breena fight Breast Cancer
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Colleen Conroy, and I am fundraising to help my beautiful daughter Breena. She is only 25 and got diagnosed with breast cancer unexpectedly. My family and I try to help her financially as much as we can but we need your help to support her and her family for their needs.
Families and Friends,
I am sharing this story with all of you and hope you can join me to helping to save the life of Breena Conroy.
At the new life, new journey, and new chapter of moving to Maine, Breena knew her boyfriend, Mathew, in the past and now they are reunited to be together again. They are happily living their life. Unexpectedly, she got pregnant at age 23, and she went thru stages of pregnancy as a first time mother. On November 2nd 2021 she brought a beautiful baby boy into this world. His name is Jamin Lee. He is very adorable and happy and learning fast. She is accepting the full accountability of being a mother to her son with her fiance. Of course the financial is not easy when having a kid, they are thriving the best they can. They work and make a living, even for the baby's needs.
At the young age of 25 years old, Breena felt an odd lump on her left breast last June and seeked a medical opinion and was recommended to get an ultrasound. From the results of the ultrasound, the doctors scheduled a biopsy. On August 4, she got a message and a call from her doctor saying that she has breast cancer. It was totally unexpectedly shocking for her. Never thought that it would hit her especially being so young. So she was sent to see an oncologist on August 8. The diagnose is Invasive Breast Carcinoma. So she was set to see a chemotherapy doctor for more info. She went thru breast mri and head mri, and bloodworks. Then, she got a mediport put in on her other breast side on August 29 in preparation for Chemotherapy, the next day she had another ultrasound and biopsy on a second lump that had grown next to the original. She got a result a few days later that it is another cancer, which was diagnosed as invasive ductal carcinoma. Along with having results of lymphovascular invasion. She's totally devastated about it. She has started chemotherapy for her first step in treatment, as she continues the treatment for about 5 months, second part of treatment is to have a mastectomy including lymph nodes, third treatment is radiation, then lastly antihormonal pills for 5 years.
She wants to make sure that she has every resource and opportunity to help her to fight this. She knows she has so much more to live, and with your help. She can do this!!
Your sincere donations will help pay for financial burdens.
We all thank you from bottom of our hearts for your generosity during their difficult times. Every penny is greatly appreciated as we never imagined that we would be in this situation.
