Help Brenda Overcome Cancer Expenses

For almost 18 months, Brenda Brints has been dealing with several symptoms that led here to believe it was just perimenopause. After 3 different consultations with different physicians who each delivered different feedback, Brenda made a decision to have laparoscopic surgery.
On Dec. 1st, she went in with the understanding that the surgery would only be 45-60 minutes. Two hours later, the doctor came out to explain that the tumor was 3X the size he thought it was, and it had spread to her lymph nodes. The doctor was very thorough and searched her entire torso cavity to make sure he found it all. Her follow up exams looked good, but the only treatment options offered were chemo and radiation, which Brenda declined based on the research she had done on outcomes.
She started a treatment protocol with a metabolic oncologist, beginning in January, and the treatments, as well as the dietary changes, will run for at least 3 years. All of these procedures, checkups, surgery, and metabolic protocols are outside of the meager insurance policy she has with her job, so the bills have mounted. At present, they have over $22k of costs to cover, plus monthly treatment costs of about $1850.
Brenda has been filled with much strength and trust in the Lord in this season and continues to live with true Joy for life and love for her family and community. She is always giving of herself and her resources even in her own need and struggle. We would love to come around this beautiful woman and precious family, supporting them in prayer for healing and strength while also lifting the burden of the piling expenses.
