Help Brenda & Rudy Honor Their Mother's Legacy

Maria Guadalupe Sanchez, born in Nayarit Mexico on 10/27/1957, graced our lives until she made her way into the arms of Jesus on 12/7/2024 in Napa, CA. After a fierce nine-year duel with cancer—starting from her uterus and spreading in other places until the battle reached her brain—she passed peacefully, surrounded by her family, a testament to her love for Jesus.

She was the proud mama of Brenda and Rudy and cherished her four grandbabies, Tony, Jazzy, Esme, and Lucas, Esme's boyfriend Ever and his sister Emilie, who she welcomed as her own.

Lupita was part of a lively crew with five brothers and four sisters, and as a widow, she found her way through life from Tijuana to Los Angeles, San Diego, and finally settling in Napa.

As bright as the bling she adorned, from her fashionably coordinated beanie turbans to her sparkle-filled phone charger, she was a sparkle of radiant light. Lupita had an unshakeable will, even mustering enough strength to take a swing at her piñata just this past October! Our memories will be filled with her remarkable lasagna, her laughter, and signature peace signs in photos.
