Legal Fees for Bret

Have you ever been accused of something that you didn't do?

It HURTS big time doesn't it! 

We need your help to tell Bret's side of the story... 

All of you who know my husband, know that he is a big hearted, fun, loving, and giving man who would never ever intentionally hurt anyone.  He would rather give you his shirt then take one from you!  And if this kind of thing happened to you, you know he would do all he could to support you :)  He is that kind of guy who has your back!!

I am sure you have seen and heard the media who have created horrible rumors about him.  The media was lame in collecting facts.  Not a surprise!  The media is in the business of getting people's attention.  They demonstrated a lack of journalistic curiosity to go after the facts.  Also, the government has overstepped their bounds with no proper in depth investigation of the facts and how they pertain to real estate law.  The government's motto is you're guilty before you're innocent.  So you can imagine what the court room feels like as they glare down at you...

Bret never wished to shed the light in this intense way, but he is determined to get his side of the story out, and let everyone know the truth.  We are asking those of you who can, to donate any amount for legal and personal expenses while we prepare for court dates.  It will be a long process.  We can't get to the finish line with the truth without your help!  

We want to give an early shout out to our kids, folks, family and close friends (you know who you are) who have already jumped in, donated and provided amazing love and support for this last week of hell.  Bless you!!

The legal system is a crazy road to navigate and we anticipate we won't be able to work at the level we once did in the real estate market.  We will be hiring attorney Michael Melito along with his expert team who understand real estate law.  However, attorney's cannot begin until they have received a retainer and are officially hired.  We therefore need to get him the donations ASAP.

In addition to your donation, please pass this on to other people you know that know Bret and may want to know what is going on.

If you can't donate money, we would also appreciate it if you could provide your service or talent in exchange for donations.  For example:  A photographer could offer a photo shoot, an artist could offer their artwork, a chef could offer a meal, etc etc...

If you are a Prayer Warrior this would also mean a lot to us!!
