Help Bret Leuthner in his fight against cancer

Bret's parents and sister wish to extend their deepest gratitude for the outpouring of support in helping their son take care of his medical debts and final expenses through this campaign. Because of your kindness, generosity, and compassion, he was able to fight without the worry of money. He did not lose to Cancer. He beat it in the way and manner in which he lived, and your love and support is the proof of that. Thank you for being with us until the end. It means more to us than we could ever express.

It's with great sadness to inform that Bret passed away on New Year's Eve. He will be missed by many and we will all cherish our memories with him. On behalf of all of his family and friends, thank you for all of your love, support and donations over this difficult time.

You may know Bret as the voice (announcer) of the Sussex County Miners baseball team, voice of the Jersey Hitmen NCDC hockey or as the announcer on Morris Sussex Sports for local north jersey high school sports. I've personally been great friends with him since high school. He introduced me to my wife and read at my wedding and even announced at my son's high school baseball game this past spring. If you've met Bret once and talked to him, you are now friends and know him for life.

Now, Bret is in the fight of his life (for the 2nd time) and could really use some financial help. Please consider donating whatever you can so that he can pay some extremely high medical bills that have resulted from his care. He is currently living with his parents and is also the father of three children for whom he also needs to support during this incredibly difficult time.
