Help Brian's Family

Mid September 2016 Brian told his wife Darlene things weren't feeling right. The Doctors couldn't see him for several weeks... Dar pushed and they scheduled for end of Sept. The MRI orders were faxed and it was scheduled for 10/20/16. Meanwhile Brian's symptoms were increasing with intensity.
10/18/16 - Brian called Darlene asking how to get the messages off his cell phone... Darlene responded with " I'm on my way baby, I'll be there soon..."
As they spoke more Brian told her he couldn't understand his math notes. (Brian is a brilliant Math teacher) By the time she got him to the ER he was having problems recalling the names of people and places.
Brian was admitted and the Dr.'s did their thing. Then the news, You have been having temporal lobe seizures and there is a mass that has to come out ASAP.
10/24/16 Brian underwent surgery to remove the mass, which turned out to be a cyst the size of a small egg.
10/30/16 Darlene posted on Facebook seeking an investor to buy their home and rent it back to them.
I knew that meant they were going to be struggling financially and asked Darlene for permission to set up this "gofundme" account for them because I knew they would NEVER ask.
Brain and Darlene met in 1984 and dated for a couple years.
Brian had his 1st brain surgery Halloween of 1985.
Darlene entered the Military in 1986, then life took them in separate directions.
After the tragic death of Darlene's 1st Husband and young son Brian came back into her life and helped her heal. They married on April Fools Day 1995. Their son Brennen was born May of 1997. Brian has been teaching high school and now at the community college. Darlene is a Real Estate agent in "Preskit". Brennen plans to transfer from Yavapai Community College to NAU in the Fall.
Brian is on family medical leave from his job at Yavapai College, Darlene is home taking care of him, he is not expected to return to work until the beginning of the Spring Semester in late January 2017.
They haven't gotten the pathology reports back on the cyst as of this writing, but we are all hoping and praying for benign results!
Brian and Darlene along with Brennen have always been generous with their time, talents and resources. Especially with Brian's students while living and teaching at the Orme School. They have also opened their home to Foster kids on multiple occasions.
Many people have asked Darlene and Brain how they can help...
I am here to tell you! Because they NEVER will! Please give what you can to help relieve the financial burden they are facing due to this trial.
