Help Brighten the Future for Amber's Son

Over the last two years the family of Amber Thurman has grieved and coped with the loss of her alone. At times they felt that no one cared, that no one would listen, but the last few days has shown them that they are not alone. Amber has many people that love and miss her. She is survived by her mother, father 4 sisters, 1 brother and her now 8 year old son.

Since Amber’s death her family, especially and most importantly her son, has not received adequate counseling or therapy to help him cope with his grief.

At this time, the family is asking that you donate so that her son and surviving family can get the professional help they need to deal with their loss.

If you knew Amber, you would immediately know how crazy she was about her son. Amber was an amazing mother and she did everything she could to give her son a good life. In addition to trying to secure professional counseling and help for her son the family wishes to create a fund to look after her son; the way she would have. No child should have to bear this burden, so with that in mind, the family wants to ensure that he has a future free of wants.
