Hi everyone! I’m Sebastian, the developer behind Flashes for Bluesky - a 3rd party app for the Bluesky social network that makes it easy to share and explore photos and videos.
Right now, Flashes is only available on iOS, but I want to change that. Android users deserve a great Bluesky photo-sharing experience too! That’s why I’m launching this GoFundMe campaign to fund Android development. With your support, I can bring Flashes to Android as soon as possible.
The Goal
I’m aiming to raise $40,000 to cover development costs and ensure a high-quality, accessible Android release.
- First beta in 3–4 weeks (basic features)

I’m an independent developer, and while I’ve been working on Flashes solo, developing for Android takes time and resources. This funding will help cover development costs, testing, and everything needed to make Flashes work smoothly on Android.
