Help bring Ginge home

Donation protected
Hi, we are a family who have travelled to Tunisia for a getaway. Whilst we were here we met our little Ginge. Let me tell you the heartbreaking story of how she was found. On a rainy afternoon in an area called “Sousse” we had visited the local shopping centre, as we were leaving we heard a loud cry in the distance so we were intrigued to find out where it was coming from. To our surprise we found Ginge crawled up in the undercarriage of a cars engine bay, no mother or siblings in sight. We waited patiently to see if the mother or siblings would return but it was obvious she was in distress and all by herself, we couldn’t leave her like this as there was no way of telling how long she would have left in life if we were to get in the taxi with out her. She was nervous at first, our taxi driver helped us retrieve her from the engine bay and once we had hold of her and wrapped her up warm she slept peacefully the entire 45 minutes back to the hotel we were staying in. She was covered in engine oil and dirt so once we snuck her back into the hotel we bathed her in the sink and cleaned her up, she was a little wary at first probably due to never being touched by humans before although after some cuddles and love from everybody she soon went to sleep in our arms and is purring when she gets belly scratches.

we are attempting to get in touch with a foundation called R.A.N.A (Rescue animals of North Africa) so we can find a way to get her back home safely although it comes at a cost. We are making this go fund me to attempt to help us with the cost of bringing her home. We hope anybody who reads this appreciates that we want to bring her home to a loving family and give her the life she deserves after the distress she has been through in her early life. We are assuming she is currently 6-7 weeks old and unfortunately due to UK laws there is no way of her coming home with us at this stage which is where the R.A.N.A will cover everything whilst temporarily homing her whilst she goes through her necessary shots and tests for her to enter the uk where we will meet her and bring her home to the Isle of Man.

We thank anyone who is willing to donate and we will keep everybody in the loop with updates and pictures/videos that are sent to us until she comes home. Please help us turn this heart aching story into a happy ending for little Ginge.
