Help Bring Gonzalo Naveda Home for Burial

Hi dear friends, my name is Tatiana. I'm the daughter of Uncle Gonzalo Enrique Naveda's nephews in Ecuador. Uncle Gonzalo Enrique Naveda was born in Quito, Ecuador, on June 15th, 1931. He was a Civil Engineer who, like many others in his native country, had the dream to come to the United States to look for a better future for himself and his family. He brought his children to the United States: Sonia (deceased), Sandra (deceased), Susana, Sylvia, Roberto, Alfredo, Gonzalo (deceased), and their mother. He was the sole provider of his family at the time and always ensured his family had everything. He later remarried Stephanie P. Naveda, but as his dementia took over and he got older, most of his family, if not all, including ex-wife Stephanie P. Naveda, disappeared from his life. He died alone on October 19th, 2024, in St. Frances Medical Center.

I'm pleading with everyone to help me raise funds to cover his cremation and to bring him back to Ecuador where he can have a proper funeral with loved ones and friends. At this moment, his children and ex-wife do not want to claim his body and do not want to do anything about this matter. I want to thank you in advance to everyone who wants to help, as no one deserves to die alone and be left in a refrigerator for more than a month without a proper burial.
