Help Bring Jerry Home To Elk River

Most of you are aware, Jerry Brenteson was admitted to the hospital in Arizona with a bowel obstruction on February 26th. After months of complications and additional surgeries, he is finally headed in the right direction and the doctors are discussing moving him to a rehabilitation facility. We would like to surround Jerry with his friends and family by getting him back to Minnesota for rehab and the months of additional recovery he will need. In order to do this, he will need a medical transport with a qualified nurse from Arizona to Minnesota. As you can imagine, this is quite expensive and not covered by insurance.
