Help Bring Justice & Support for 13-Year-Old Dallas Scott

My name is Tracey Scott, and I am the mother of Dallas Scott, a 13-year-old boy who is currently facing serious legal charges due to an accidental shooting. As a mother, I am devastated and fighting for justice for my son.

The truth is, the gun involved did not belong to Dallas. The head of the household where this happened admitted that the firearm belonged to her son, a grown man! Despite this, my son is being held accountable for a situation caused by irresponsible adults.

To make matters worse, I was never informed that my son or my nephew was even at that house. As parents, we should have been made aware of where our children were. The homeowner has a history of allowing dangerous and reckless behavior in her household, yet my child is the one being treated unfairly by the system.

At our recent hearing, it became clear that there is a lack of information and proper legal representation. The public defender and even the Commonwealth’s office had no clear details on the case. Meanwhile, as a mother, I have been given little to no information about my 13 year-old child.
