Help Bring Kalyan Dandamudi Body to India

I am Ravi Kiran Katkuri, and I am sincerely requesting all of your support to bring Kalyan Dandamudi body back home.

It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of the passing of our beloved promising young student Kalyan Dandamudi in Southport QLD. He was last contacted on July 9th 2024 when he was at university (Griffith) library. Since then, his phone is switched off and unable to trace. An official complaint was lodged on 11th of July at Southport police station, QLD. He was found dead at Southport beach by police on 13th of July. His life was cut short, leaving his family and loved ones shattered beyond words. His ultimate departure has left a void that can never be filled.

Medical cause of Kalyan’s death is yet to be determined. Unfortunately, it may take many months for the results of the testing to be finalized and provided to the coroner. The family are now able to engage a funeral director and proceed with a service for Kalyan.

My relation with Kalyan and his family is very deep.

I know Kalyan's family for more than 15 years. We stay in same apartment and same floor back in Hyderabad. I witnessed Kalyan's growth (child to a young talented man). My mother and Kalyan's mother used to hangout everyday for hours. Kalyan's is survived with parents and elder sister.

In this difficult time of grief, we are coming together to support his family. Your generous contributions will go directly towards covering the expenses associated with transporting his body, securing the necessary documentation, and ensuring a respectful farewell for our beloved Kalyan Dandamudi.
