Help Bring My Little Sister Lily Home After a Devastating Stroke

Dear friends, family, and kind strangers,

This Christmas, my 15-year-old little sister, Siann "Lily" Roberts, traveled from the UK to the US to visit me for the holidays. Our time together was meant to be filled with joy and laughter, but it took a heartbreaking turn when Lily suffered a severe stroke.

Lily has Down syndrome and a rare condition called Moyamoya disease, which affects the blood vessels in her brain and significantly increases her risk of strokes. To travel, her doctors had to give permission and approval. Despite these challenges, Lily is a bright, spirited teenager who lights up every room she enters with her kindness and courage.

Lily is currently receiving emergency care in the US, but her condition is not well. This gofund me will pay for her medical expenses and eventually repatriation home of Lily back to the UK.

We’re reaching out for your help to bring Lily home. Your donations will go directly toward covering the cost of her medical needs and if worse comes to, her funeral expenses.

Lily’s resilience inspires us every day. She loves going to school with her friends, listening to old Jamaican music and Spiderman, and despite her health challenges, we believe in spirit of recovery and healing.
