Help bring our mom home for a proper farewell

Dear friends, family and all compassionate souls,

We are writing to share a remarkable and deeply personal event that has happened in our lives. An event that has left us in need of your support and understanding.

For years we searched for our mother, a woman whose absence has left a void in our hearts and lives. Despite our best efforts we were met with heart wrenching dead ends and shattered hopes. But God works in mysterious ways and on Mother’s Day May 14, 2023, we were sent information of a missing person found in a neighboring state.

A Jane Doe, an unidentified woman was part of a nation wide campaign to find her family. Through a series of extraordinary events, we discovered she was our missing mother. The realization struck us like a bolt of lightening, merging our joy of finding her with the sorrow of realizing how much time has passed.

Now our mission is to give her the final farewell she deserves. Unfortunately the financial burden associated with providing her with a proper burial is overwhelming for the family. Funeral expenses, legal expenses and transportation cost ect. creates a challenge of honoring our mothers memory with the family’s limited resources.

It is with heavy hearts we turn to you, our community in the hopes that you can help us in this time of need. Through this go fund me campaign, we humbly request your support in raising the funds required to lay our mother to rest with the dignity and respect she deserves. Your generous contributions will enable us to cover the expenses associated with her funeral arrangements and provide closure to our grieving family. In the event any funds are left over, a donation will be made in our mothers name to the foundation that spent countless hours and research to identify our mother, so they may continue reuniting families.

No donation is too small and even a single act of kindness can make a world of difference. We also ask you to share our story to spread the word and encourage others to lend their support. Together we can turn this heart breaking situation into a testament of compassion and love.
