Help bring Romeo and Juliet: Lottery Style to Fringe
Donation protected
Hello!
I hope this message finds you all well. As some of you may know, this past fall I had the opportunity to produce an adaptation of Romeo and Juliet. This adaptation told this well-known story through an ensemble of eight actors. Seven of those actors learned seven roles and were part of a lottery every night to find out what character they would be playing!
It was a dream come true getting to see the adaptation come to life, and I have been given the opportunity to do it again! I have been lucky enough to be chosen to produce Romeo and Juliet: Lottery Style at the Minnesota Fringe Festival this year.
This opportunity means a great deal to me, as it will allow me to share a deeply personal and meaningful project with a wider community. The work I am producing for the festival is a reflection of my own artistic journey and experiences. It is a project I’ve poured my heart into, and being selected for the Minnesota Fringe Festival is a unique chance to present this work to an audience that values creativity and diverse voices.
As a producer, I am responsible for bringing this project to life, handling the logistics, managing the budget, coordinating with collaborators, and ensuring the entire production runs smoothly. It’s a role that requires significant dedication and time, and I am seeking support to help cover the producer fee so I can fully commit to this important work.
R&J has been chosen for the Gold tier, which means in order to participate I need to pay a producing fee of $650. I am reaching out because in order to make this happen I need a little help. I hope you are able to make a donation that will help me take advantage of this great opportunity. Any contribution you are able to make toward this would be greatly appreciated.
This festival is a rare and invaluable opportunity to share my voice and connect with others who may resonate with the themes I am exploring. The funding will directly support the creation and presentation of the performance, allowing me to bring the highest quality of work to the stage and share my artistic vision with a broader audience.
This is a chance not only for me as an artist to grow but also for the community to experience a piece of work that is deeply meaningful to me.
If you would like more information or would like to discuss the project further, please feel free to reach out to me directly!
Sincerely,
