Funeral for Kia ❤️ Support for Sai

Never in a million years did we think we would never talk to or see our sister/daughter again. Kia was on a beautiful journey with her new husband, her son Sai and expecting their first child (children twins) together but this beautiful journey unfortunately ended tragically. Our goal is to bring Kia’s body back home and bring Sai (6yrs old) from Ghana back to California to live with family. We also want Desmond to attend Kia’s funeral here in California and put his wife to rest. The funds will be used for Kia’s transportation, funeral, memorial service and travel expenses for Sai to return to California. Funds will also be used for medical expenses, counseling, and over all support services for Sai. All of your support/ help is greatly appreciated. My sister Kia was a solo world traveler who always loved a new adventure. Every city, town and country she visited she always blended in with the community, made tons of friends but also stood out in a way that made people gravitate towards her. From India, France, USA and Africa, Kia embraced their culture. She lived life curiously with love and didn’t let anything stop her from seeing the world through her own lenses. When Sai was born he quickly became her travel companion. He’s visited countless countries around the globe right alongside his mum. Kia was Sai’s everything. As of 6/2/23, Kia and Sai are still in Africa awaiting autopsy and clearance for travel. Please leave a message if/ how you knew Kia. Please share how you met.
