Help Bring Shlomi Home - Support Our Mission

Dear friends and supporters,

We are reaching out to you with heavy hearts and a plea for assistance. Our beloved friend, Shlomi Ziv, is currently held hostage by Hamas, and we are determined to bring him back safely to his family.

On that fateful morning of 7.10.23, Hamas perpetrated a horrifying act, massacring 1500 innocent Israelis and kidnapping an additional 230. Shlomi, a 40-year-old from Elkosh,Israel was part of a security team at a peace music festival that was tragically attacked by Hamas. This attack also resulted in the loss of two dear friends of Shlomi , Aviv and Jake, who were brutally murdered. Shlomi has always been known for his unwavering commitment to helping those caught in the time of need and danger.

During the attack, Shlomi was with on the phone with his wife letting her know what was going on when the attack first occurred and then spoke After they hung up, their connection was lost at 8:10 am leaving us in anguish and uncertainty of what happened to Shlomi . After an agonizing week with no news about Shlomi’s whereabouts, Shlomi's family made the heart-wrenching announcement that he, along with 240 more Israelis, had been kidnapped and was being held by Hamas terrorists in Gaza.

In response, we, Shlomi's family and friends, have come together to form an operation task and embark on a journey to bring Shlomi back home safely. We understand that this mission comes with significant financial burdens, and we are committed to doing whatever it takes to ensure Shlomi's safe return.

Our immediate expenses include:

- Creating posters of Shlomi

- Designing shirts with Shlomi's image

- Producing a professional video to raise awareness about his situation

- Arranging transportation for family members from northern Israel to the Tel Aviv headquarters for hostages

- Traveling to the country of Georgia to meet with government officials and friends, leveraging family connections

- Running electronic ads on the streets to garner support and awareness

Every cent and dollar that is collected through this GoFundMe campaign will be invested in putting Shlomi at the forefront of our efforts, with the sole aim of ensuring his safe return to his loving family. The money that is raised will be transferred to Shlomi’s family in Israel where they will be able to accomplish all the goals listed above.
