Help bring supplies to NC hurricane victims!

Hey everyone,

As some of you are aware my wife and I started a GoFundMe with the intention of hand-delivering supplies and building personal relationships with Hurricane Helene victims in Western North Carolina.

After many thoughts and prayers, we have decided to refund all money donated back to the account they came from and encourage others to donate to the organization mentioned below. I have had plenty of conversations and have been messaging with people on the ground in the areas and it was not feasible for my wife and I to make the impact we initially desired. Between the combination of road closures (we have no access to a helicopter), the government actively blocking aid from residents, and frequent gang/hijacking activity, we decided that the funds would best be used with organizations that have the resources necessary to meet the needs of the victims.

Ultimately the impact we could make and the safety of our family was the highest priority.

With that being said if you have any issue receiving funds back from Venmo or GoFundMe please contact me and I will get that handled.
