ABOUT IN THE KEYS OF MADNESS

This coming-of-age drama explores passion, mental health, love, and most of all, addiction. It takes us through a journey of self-reflection, sacrifice, and rebirth.

This film follows the story of Lucas, a young adult who, after an accident, spiraled into addiction and isolation. But fortunately, a new connection comes into his life, which puts everything into perspective for Lucas. Will this connection help him overcome his pain? Will he take the opportunity for redemption?

WHY THIS FILM?

In the Keys of Madness explores the internal struggles of identity, grief, and addiction through the story of Lucas, a pianist whose life unravels after losing his ability to play.

This film delves into the emotional turmoil of losing one's purpose and the desperate search for redemption through love and self-discovery. With intimate cinematography and a surreal narrative, we invite the audience into Lucas’s chaotic mind, where beauty and madness collide.

We want bring this powerful story to life and share it with audiences everywhere.

Production Timeline:

Mid October: pre-production and secure funding

Late October: princiaple photography

November: edit, marketing

December: distribution + release, incentives shipped
