Help bring Virginia home and put her to rest

This morning we received devastating news. My beautiful baby sister Virginia Rines was killed. I don't have a lot of details. She has 3 children that were in the house and saw/ heard what happened. I don't know whats going on with the kids.. But they are safe. I do know they are devastated and we need help bringing her home and putting her to rest. I don't know the arrangements yet.. but if I can I'll keep you updated.

She moved to Jacksonville Florida a few months ago. Her dream was living by the beach. She was so full of life. She didn't know a stranger. She loved God, her Church. Her Family, making memories. And helping others in need, she had so much compassionfor others. She was the first person you would call to vent or if you needed help.. She was a pain in the ass, had a temper like you wouldn't believe. But she was my baby sister and my best friend. Please anything helps.
