Help Brittney Provide Free Healing Services

Welcome to LiveMindfuLee, my name is Brittney and I founded this business in 2023 with the intention to focus on helping cultivate a community that grows together while learning creative coping skills like reiki, Karuna ki, art therapies, shamanic art, crafting, mindfulness meditations and more!

Quickly upon opening I came to understand the deep gap in community resources for homeless and financially struggling survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence and CPTSD.

I decided to start self funding free services and resources to the most vulnerable members of our community. As a survivor myself who was abandoned in my healing process I know exactly how hard it can be and so when given the opportunity to be of service to other women so they wouldn’t have to carry the weight alone I jumped at the opportunity.

This is a hard project to sustain alone. I rely on my community members to donate supplies like tampons, pads, toiletries, self care items and other things that may other wise be destined for the dump that I put in a “take what you need” shopping style section of my office.

Since clients can not pay for services I have dwindled my savings to nothing but I believe in this mission. I believe it can turn into something even bigger and I believe with the right support network it can become self sustaining.

Free isn’t a great business model, but it is a moral way to help the poor and vulnerable. Once I have 3 board members (currently at 2) I can file non profit status and to do so I will need to have raised the money to pay a lawyer to help with the filing costs.

In the mean time the program needs donations to keep running.

If I can continue to raise money I would love to provide train tickets and meal vouchers.

I have been making art, jewelry and craft items as class samples and am willing to sell samples or customized pieces to raise money to pay for bills, rent, costs associated with the program and art supplies for clients.
