Help Cliff Horn support his little family while he is hurt

Cliff Horn is 17 years old and he had a really bad car accident last Saturday and is in the hospital. He is hurt pretty badly. His fiancée, Grace, is staying with him as much as she can when she is not taking care of their young son.
