Help Bryan and Shirley rebuild After Tornado

Hi, my name is Tracy Trimble and I am fundraising for my Uncle Bryan and Aunt Shirley. Their home in Salesville, AR was hit by a F3 tornado in the early hours on Sunday, May 26th. They have lived in this home for over 40 years and have many beautiful memories with their children, grandchildren, family, and friends. Unfortunately, they had no warning that morning that the tornado hit, and they are lucky to have survived. The Tornado headed straight to Salesville, and their poor town is in shambles. Their home was directly in the path of the tornado, and a very large tree came down on their home and landed straight down the middle, cutting their home in half. It’s a complete loss. The home is beyond repair. It’s caused so much emotional stress for them, but it’s also been a very physical task. The family has been pitching in doing what they can to clean up the debris and get what they can out, but the floor has now sunk in and it’s high risk stepping foot inside anymore. The new storm has now soaked and destroyed all of their remaining belongings. My Uncle Bryan is a man that would do anything for family and friends. He would give you the last dollar in his name. I want to do anything I can to support them during this time. Every dollar would make a difference. The money will go towards a new place to live, as they are currently staying with a friend, clothes, supplies, and any other essential day to day things that they need to get through this devastating time. I appreciate the consideration, and I know the family will be grateful and overwhelmed with your generosity.

This is the home where I live with my Mom & Bryan(stepdad). An EF3 tornado touched down @4:25am, on May 26, 2024. They’ve lived in this home for 25yrs; I’ve been here 10.
These huge trees were crashing down all over the two acres… two fell towards the house; one hit one end the other came thru the roof, from above. It broke the windows, the framing, insulation was hanging down, wood braces broken & jagged - sticking out… Part of my ceiling in my room(adjacent to LIving room) came crashing down onto the support wall - jamming my door….. I was in my room and my mom was under a mattress that Bryan had used to safeguard her. Bryan’s brother in law; Steve McCool & his brother were there within minutes. They had to kick front door in; roof had collapsed so far down-it had jammed it. They pulled us out and took us out of there…….. How awful a feeling to have so many lives impacted and changed in 5 minutes! The sad part is our community in Salesville, Ar have dozens and dozens of people with the same experience that morning. We were lucky to walk away. The highway thru our community and the other streets look apocalyptic-no other words for it!
