Help Buddy Get Urgent Dental Surgery

Dear Friends, Animal Lovers, and Kind Strangers,

Meet Buddy, a sweet, loving, and resilient 16-year-old cat who has been a cherished member of the Riverside and Willow Branch community for many years. The first day I met Buddy, he climbed right into my lap, and we've had an incredible bond since that day. Buddy has been nothing but loving through all of the changes in his health. Unfortunately, Buddy is facing a severe health crisis—he is in urgent need of oral surgery to remove painful, damaged teeth that are making it difficult for him to eat, rest, and live out his golden years. Buddy deserves a better life. Please help me show him the kindness he deserves and that he so freely shows all humans who come upon him.

Why Buddy Needs Your Help

Over time, Buddy has developed severe dental disease, which has led to life-threatening infections, inflammation, bleeding, severe difficulty eating, and significant pain. His veterinarian, Dr. Green, has recommended immediate surgery to improve his quality of life drastically. The estimate for the procedure ranges between $1,100 and $1,600, depending on the extent of extractions needed. We hope to raise $1600, covering the top estimated amount for the procedure. Ive currently set the maximum to $1100 until his vet date, and will know the total bill after surgery. Please help us raise the money to change Buddy's life.

As you can imagine, unexpected medical expenses like this can be overwhelming, and I simply don’t have the funds to cover the full cost of Buddy’s surgery. That’s why I am making this plea, humbly asking for your help in giving Buddy the care he needs to live pain-free and enjoy his remaining time.

How Your Donation Will Help

Every dollar raised will go directly toward Buddy’s surgical costs, anesthesia, pain management, and post-operative care. If we exceed our goal, any extra funds will be used to ensure he receives the best aftercare possible, including medication and follow-up visits.

Time is Running Out

Dr. Green has offered to schedule the surgery as soon as Tuesday, February 4th, or any Monday or Tuesday throughout the month. We want to get Buddy into surgery as soon as possible so he doesn’t have to endure any more discomfort.

Buddy has been with me through thick and thin, offering unconditional love, comfort, and companionship. Now, it’s our turn to be there for him.
