Help Bufo walk again. Pelvic fracture repair

Hey guys it's Jess for those who don't know me. I was travelling in Mexico for 3 weeks and upon my last few days up in the mountains of Huatula de Jiménez I came across this beautiful boy looking at me in deep pain unable to move or stand. Bufo was covered in urine and just left at the side of the road suffering. First thing I picked him up and took him to the closest vet. They didn't fully check him and gave antibiotics to inject for 5 days. I knew this wasn't the right treatment and took him as soon as I could to a rescue in Oaxaca which is a much bigger city 6 hours drive away. The rescue said they had no space to have him and recommended to a vets where he had a xrays instantly. They found he had breaks in his pelvis in three places. The vets said they could do the surgery and then after me leaving him with them to have it - cost of 12,000 pesos. I recieved a message from them saying it is too complex for them to do. Thankfully I had been in touch with another rescue whom have a highly recommended surgeon who said he could do the op no problem. The total new cost minus the 12,000 I paid and raised already for the first vet totals to 28,000 pesos. The leftover I need to make is £505 I have taken off donations I have recieved from a few friends via PayPal at an earlier date. Bufo is a little warrior, only young and super lovely sweet natured. He is going to need a home in Mexico or close to after the op and recovering time of two months. S
