Help Build A Madrasa: Sadaqa Jariyah
“When a person dies, all their deeds end except three: a continuing charity, beneficial knowledge and a child who prays for them.”
(Hadith, Muslim)
Assalamu alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuhu,
We pray Allah Ta’ala keeps you and your family in the best of health and imaan.
This is a matter that needs immediate attention.
Through the mercy of Allah, this Islamic school with 120+ students has been operating for over a decade. However, the condition of the classrooms are so poor that the students sit soaked in water during the rain when water falls through the holes of the roof. SubhanAllah…
The school is located in a remote place far from the city, which is why they are unable to receive any help from the government. Whatever funds they have raised were through the villagers who are struggling themselves.
Throughout the years, the locals have donated some bricks and woods for the renovation of the school but due to a lack of money, they were unable to get started and the donated supplies are rusting.
The school bathroom is shared by both the female and male students and it’s in such a terrible condition. The tin walls have holes and are falling apart and there’s little to no privacy.
It is no surprise that the teachers don’t receive an adequate salary. Despite this, they continue to teach for the sake of Allah.
It is our hope and intention to raise $10,000 for these small children and for the upcoming generation of students so they don’t have to suffer to learn about the deen.
While people chase after the dunya, these children are content being in run down classrooms just to be able to learn about Allah. May Allah accept them, ameen.
With the intended amount, the school principal will be able to build brick classrooms for the small students.
Please consider donating, even if it’s $1, for this can be the means of shade for you on the Day of Judgement. When in the graves and all of our good deeds have come to a stop, let this be the deed that brings us an overflowing amount of rewards that never stops.
Each time a student learns one letter from the Qur’an, may it be that Allah writes a great reward on your account.
“Charity does not decrease wealth, no one forgives another but that Allah increases his honor, and no one humbles himself for the sake of Allah but that Allah raises his status.”
Sahih Muslim
