Help Build the Dash of Sazón Food Truck!

Hola Sazoneros!

We’ve reached the next step of our journey! For the past two years, we’ve been working diligently to bring you sabor, cultura and a peek into our family. This year started off really tough for us, but you all have gotten us through. For those far away, we’ve brought you recipes and food content. For those close by, we’ve brought a taste of our culture through our food.

We’ve grown with the support of our community. We started by selling food on Facebook marketplace, then moved to cooking classes, private chef events and dine in once a week at our pop up location. This week sees the grand opening at our new home, The Test Kitchen in McCully Shopping Center.

These steps have been huge. The next chapter will be a food truck so we can bring our Sabor to all of Oahu. We’ve heard you on the West Side, we’ve heard you on the Windward Side, we need to take the Sazonazo mobile!

We’re coming to you, familia, to help us make that dream come true. It’s been the little things that have made the most difference. We want to build a food truck for the community, by the community.

Because it’s built by you, mi gente, we will list the names of all donors over $250 on our truck as part of the design.

Donations over $150 get a 20% off discount for life.

For our donors far away, donations of $150 will get you a virtual cooking lesson.

We’ve done our research and we found a custom builder. We’re asking for $32k for a truck built to the specifications to bring you all the favorites our Sazoneros have come to know and love.

Come visit us Wednesdays at our *new* pop up restaurant at The Test Kitchen! 1960 Kapiolani Blvd, Second Floor from 12pm to 4pm.

On Thursdays, we’re in front of UFC Honolulu in the Fuego Food Truck from 4-9pm. On Friday and Saturdays nights, we’re bringing the fiesta to Nextdoor in Chinatown at 43 N Hotel Street from 9pm to 2am.
