Help 301 Elite Build the Future of Lacrosse!

In lacrosse, we talk a lot about growing the game and creating better opportunities for diversity at all levels. Well, here is your chance to directly impact that type of change!
 

301 Elite is a black-owned lacrosse program focusing on fostering an inclusive environment for players of all backgrounds to train at an elite level within Prince George’s County, MD. Led by our Program Director Jordan Washington, Head Boy’s Varsity Lacrosse Coach at Bishop McNamara High School in Forestville, MD, 301 Elite is ready to expand into our second summer season! Our first season was a success and a great proof of concept, but we are prepared to take it to the next level.

 

This summer, we are expanding our program at all levels, and we need help from our amazingly supportive community to do so. Every dollar donated directly impacts creating opportunities to help grow the game and develop genuine diversity at the highest levels of our game on the field and off. Here is a list of our programs that you will be making an impact on:

 

301 Elite Boy’s High School Travel Team: This is the best of the best. Our Elite High School Travel team provides opportunities for our athletes to play and be recruited at the game's highest levels. With your help, we can reduce the financial burden on our athletes by supplementing summer league and tournament registration fees. 

 

301 Elite Skills Academy: We offer private 1-on-1 and small group training sessions (2-5 athletes) that focus on key fundamentals to being an elite lacrosse player. Each session is one hour long and taught by one of our high-level and experienced coaching staff members. We pride ourselves in compensating our staff fairly, help us grow the skills academy and continue to attract the best coaching talent. 

 

301 Elite “Zone 6” Developmental League: We noticed a gap in the level of lacrosse talent and opportunities in Prince George's County, MD. To help fill this gap, we created the “Zone 6” 6v6 lacrosse league for players who aren’t quite ready for the Elite Team. "Zone 6" will be a league hosted and run by our program fully focused on creating a fun environment to help athletes develop into elite players. To effectively build skills from the ground up,  we need equipment for our newest players train and develop. 

 

301 Elite Media: Media is the key to everything, and we want to make sure we offer an elite level of coverage for our athletes. Our pro-style media program covers our athletes on the field through photos, videos, live streams, and highlights. It provides high school students opportunities to build their  media portfolios and get ahead on early career building opportunities. Your help will allow us provide new cameras, audio equipment, and an editing/broadcasting station for our new media team. 

We are trying to build the future of lacrosse, and with your help, we can do that! Together we can open a new door and provide our young men with a new pipeline, from high-level lacrosse players to become high-level adults!
