Help “Bump, Set, Spike” Angela Knopf’s Dream!

Hello to all of you who have had the incredible pleasure of knowing Angela Knopf as a coach, mentor, friend, teammate, or family member. Our names are Janet and Andrea. Our daughters are long-time students of Angela's and we are hoping to bless Angela with this fundraiser.

As many of you may know, Angela has finally been able to realize her long-awaited dream of owning her own volleyball training gym with the newly constructed “big RED barn,” happily located on her property. Through hard work, perseverance, and a lot of prayers, Angela has changed her vision of a high-performance volleyball gym from an idea into a reality.

Now, we want to help her put the final touches on her dream - obtaining a Commercial Gym Permit so that her gym can be of service to her beloved volleyball community. A gym that is commercially permitted to secure a place for Angela to continue coaching and teaching lessons for the lifetime of her career. Angela would also be able to hold small clinics - introducing more players to the sport we all love. The gym could also can be used by many others for private lessons, practices, youth group get togethers...the list goes on.

We love Angela and we love what she has meant to our daughters. Angela teaches her players much more than the perfect pass or the best serve. Her genuine love of her athletes is more than apparent. Spend any time in Angela’s gym and you will hear her mentoring, encouraging, and yes, in some cases, offering tough love to her athletes. Even more, she has equipped her athletes with the tools necessary to face life's challenges with grit and grace. Angela builds leaders in life.

Angela has helped so many players achieve their dreams of competing and playing volleyball for a club, high school, or at the collegiate level, and even beyond. It seems only appropriate and right that we now help her achieve her dream. However, that dream comes with MANY expenses that are overwhelming to Angela and her family. Namely, the costs of over $50,000 associated with the process to secure the necessary Commercial Operating permits and the costs to install the required commercial bathroom facilities.

We have a goal of $55,000.00 donated by 9/15/2022. Can you help? All contributions are appreciated, and every amount helps build the dream. All donations will be applied to required permits and capital expenses. Donations over $500.00 will garner a spot on a special recognition wall inside the gym.
