Help Burke’s Fight with Pancreatic Cancer

For those of you that can’t make the Benefit Brunch held at The Chop House on Main March 10th from 10am- 2 pm, we are trying to raise money for our beloved Chef Burke Lindquist.

Burke recently found out he had stage 1 pancreatic cancer. Burke has been working at Boces as the head of the culinary program and still helping the Chop House on a few busy weekends.

Burke and his wife Alicia have been driving back and forth to Chemo and Burke just had to have a major surgery to help get rid of the cancer. They ended up having to take his entire Pancreas and Spleen. This will mean Burke will have to be on medications for most likely the rest of his life.

With all of this going on the Lindquist family is of need of help financially and we were more than happy to help!
