Help buy a grave stone for jake

Hi my name is kaz, I'm a mother to 4 children and in 2019 my first born jake passed away after falling of his bike. He had surgery and did not wake up

Jake was 13 year old when he passed, just 13 days later his father died of a heart attack i found him on the sofa and after 3 years we had an inquest which jake was found to have beckers muscle dystrophy which swelled his heart after reacting to medication

After all these years I'm still unable to pay for a grave stone, we as a family would forever be grateful to any donations received to help pay for jake grave stone
