In September my mom’s small business was completely devastated when her snow cone van randomly caught fire. She has been fighting with her insurance company ever since, who are only offering a third of what she needs to replace what she lost. This was my mom’s dream and she has loved every minute of running her own business. She loves seeing and serving the local kids every day. It is her passion.
