My name is Patrick Perry.

This is my 12th year raising funds for students here in the Mississippi Delta returning to school

The inspiration for this came from a trip to Ross in Memphis. A child was asking for a $25 of shoes and the mother didn't buy them due to money issues. It stuck with me because I was that child when I was his age.

I came home, created a GoFundMe and was able to raise funds to buy 12 pairs of shoes in 3 weeks

It has gotten bigger with each passing year

All of the funds go to purchasing the shoes with proof of the purchases on my social media (chillin662 (Twitter/Instagram)). The shoes are given away in partnership with local churches who do a school supplies giveaway at the start of each school year

Any donation is appreciated
