Help Cadence and Tina Stay in College

Hello. My name is Cadence Hickman. My sister, Tina Pereau, and I are raising money so we can finish out the school year at Little Big Horn College. College has been a dream of ours since we were young enough to understand that education is priceless. We grew up with financial challenges but our momma has done everything she can to get us through those college doors. My sister, Tina, has faced many obstacles in life and continues to overcome them with such a strong character and a hopeful outlook while being an amazing single parent of three. We are heartbroken. The car we purchased just two weeks ago to commute to school, get to work (we work next door to one another), and get the kids to school requires a new transmission. We just don't have the resources and our parents are struggling with their own car troubles. (This is part of why we bought the car) We understand that we all go through it and have to face our troubles so we are choosing to believe in the power of community and hoping to raise some money to help us get the car repaired. We trust that those of you who know us know our hearts and intentions of graduating with our associates degree this year before transferring to school at Montana State University Billings next year. It's scary to ask for help, but we believe in ourselves enough to be vulnerable and are asking you to believe in us, too. Every little bit will get us closer to fixing the car!!!
