Help Caiti recover from equestrian accident

This go fund me is set up on behalf of the entire G3 horse barn...please read....
Everyone who has a passion for horses knows that accidents can and will happen. For Caiti a ride at the barn with her barn family quickly turned into a life threatening accident. Caiti has ridden horses her entire life and at the age of 28 she has competed at the world level. Caiti has ridden many great horses over the years and just
like her barn family, uses horses as an outlet, a passion, a lifelong love. Caiti also dedicates her free time supporting younger club riders, helping her dad to ride training horses, and doing weekly chores at the barn.
Caiti suffered a disastrous fall while riding at the weekly lesson ride and was taken by ambulance to the Neuro ICU on March 4, 2021. She was weak and unable to move on her own, but thankfully could still feel her extremities. Doctors were able to provide positional support needed so further damage did not incur. She went through several tests including MRI, and consult with Nero doctors. After finding out that she had C1 and C2, T1, T2, T3 fractures, it was decided to place her in a halo and support brace. She will be recovering at home with full support needed for her daily care. She will not be allowed to work, but rest and heal. Best case scenario, After 6-10 weeks of being in her traction device, she will be re-evaluated for further care and therapy.
Caiti has a long and tough road ahead of her both physically and mentally. Her family has a long road ahead of them as well. One way we can help Caiti and her family is to release the burden of financial loss and medical bills that will begin to roll in very soon. Caiti’s medical insurance will not cover all the tests, hospital ICU, ambulance, and further medication and therapies she will need to heal. Caiti still needs to pay her bills to keep her car, home, and living expenses. We also want her to be able to do all her rehab and healing without the pressures of not being able to pay for it. So let’s bless her with peace of mind because as fellow equestrian’s (or non equestrians) this is what we do. We lift each other when they are down. I will update this as I find more information. Thank you and remember every bit helps. And please continue to pray because God was there and we thank Him and ask for a speedy healing.
