Help Caitlin Fight Thyroid Cancer

Hi everyone!

This fundraiser is for Caitlin Nagle and we’re asking for support for her upcoming surgery. Caitlin found out in April of 2023 that she has thyroid cancer after finding a lump in her throat in June of 2022. This has been a long and scary process for Caitlin, however she’s remained positive and has put her faith in God and the power of his healing.

Caitlin plans to have surgery by June of this year, removing her thyroid and hopefully destroying the cancerous nodules altogether. She will also have about a 2 week recovery time.

Some facts about thyroid cancer:

* It is 70% more common in women

* The average age a person is diagnosed is 51

* The 5-year relative survival rate for thyroid cancer in the United States is 98%
