Help Caleb get his car and life back

Hello I’m reaching out for support my name is Caleb Crayton and I am a 25 year old black male from Oakland, CA. I was wrongfully arrested for a crime that I had nothing to do with. They arrested me on 90th and MacArthur at Harry’s liquor store as I was paying for my goods. The Oakland police department came with guns drawn instructing patrons and the store employees to get low and duck as if they were going to shoot me. They made me crawl on the floor while putting a strong knee in my back to put me in handcuffs while I was cooperative the whole time. They took me to investigators downtown where i was held for 15 hrs before releasing me, but they kept my car and phone. They gave my phone back but refused to release my car unless I pay $1400 in registration fees and pay the tow yard $1000 in tow fees. I have lost my job due to not having transportation. I am on probation, so finding employment is nearly impossible. I am looking for resources to retrieve my vehicle as well as proper reconciliations.
