Help Cali Fight Canine Lymphoma
Donation protected
Hi, I'm Brooke, and I'm reaching out during one of the most challenging times of my life. My beloved six-year-old pitbull/shepherd mix, Cali, has been diagnosed with canine lymphoma. Cali isn't just a pet—she's my family, my soulmate, and my best friend.
I adopted Cali when I was 25, shortly after losing my dad to cancer. She became my reason to keep going, bringing unconditional love and strength into my life when I needed it most. For six years, we've been inseparable, sharing adventures across Ottawa, Halifax, and Boston. Through every up and down, Cali has been my constant companion, my rock, and my greatest source of joy.
Despite her diagnosis, Cali remains full of life—playful, spunky, and always ready to cuddle. Her wagging tail greets me at the door like I'm the most important person in her world. She has given me everything, and now it's my turn to fight for her.
There's hope with treatment, but the costs are overwhelming. I'm reaching out because I can't do this alone. Every dollar raised will go directly to Cali's veterinary care—chemotherapy, medications, and any other treatments she needs.
Your support means the world to us. It means giving Cali a fighting chance to continue living her beautiful, joyful life. Any contribution, no matter the size, will make a difference in our battle against lymphoma.
Cali’s treatment plan includes 25 weeks of chemotherapy, which is her best chance of remission and a longer, happy life. Each week, she’ll receive specialized care from her veterinary oncologist, including:
• Chemotherapy sessions tailored to her needs
• Frequent blood tests to monitor her progress and adjust treatment
• Imaging and additional diagnostics to ensure the cancer responds to therapy
Thank you for considering helping us during this difficult time. Your kindness and generosity mean more than words can express.
