Help Calvin Riley Rebuild after TPD Evidence Planting

Since May 2023, Calvin Riley (who goes by Riley) has been fighting a tough battle with the Tallahassee Police Department after a routine traffic stop led to evidence-planting caught on body cam footage. Riley, a Tallahassee barber and Southside Tallahassee native, was stopped by TPD Officer Kiersten Oliver on suspicions of various charges (in an attempt to see what she could make stick), and what happened next was all caught on body cam footage. Officer Oliver is heard and seen searching the vehicle and finds an unopened bottle of alcohol. Officer Oliver then cracks the bottle open, pours most of the alcohol out into the street, closes the bottle back, and throws it back into the car on the passenger seat. She then goes to the other officer on the scene and says she found an open container of alcohol, and the police report uses the fabricated evidence as corroborating evidence to arrest and charge Riley with a DUI. Both officers then turn off their body cams.

The money raised from this GoFundMe campaign will work to repair the financial harm done by TPD Officer Oliver. Monies will go directly to Riley to cover his legal bills, court fines & fees, and personal expenses incurred since this horrific incident.
