Help Cambridge Regional Health Center
Donation protected
My name is Laura Sorkin and I am a resident of Cambridge, VT, and a longtime patient of Family Practice Associates (FPA) which is housed in the Cambridge Regional Health Center. During last week's flood in Vermont, the Lamoille River overflowed its banks and inundated the town. Among the many buildings affected was the Center which had two feet of water sweep in and destroy almost everything on the first floor. FPA is an independent, primary care practice that is vital to the area. It is a family clinic that has never had a swank waiting room or high-tech gear but has always had a team of doctors and nurses dedicated to the health of their patients. A loss such as this could result in a financial setback that would close the clinic permanently. Health care in Vermont is sparse as it is and to lose this clinic would only magnify the heartache that this community has suffered. Please consider supporting this cornerstone of the town. Donations will go toward repairing the building, replacing medical equipment, furniture, and basic supplies.
