Help Camila Get Surgery

Today I’m asking for your help to support my niece Camila. Camila is 20 years old and she lives in Argentina. Last March, Camila was diagnosed with Covid 19. She almost experienced no symptoms when she tested positive, but a few weeks later, after having a debilitating headache, she asked her mom to take her to the ER. There doctors discovered severe brain inflammation and spina fluid accumulation, causing pressure in her eyes. Since then, Camila has been battling this condition, getting spinal fluid drained every few weeks to give her some relief, unable to keep food down, with severe headaches and losing hope of finding a treatment or cure. Last week, one of her neurosurgeons was finally able to find the cause of the problem, and it is his opinion that surgery will help. They scheduled the surgery for Friday, but the news came also with a financial cost, and that is why I ask for your support. The fees for the surgeon are $1,500, plus other expenses associated with the surgery. Camila’s parents are very hard workers, but this is too much for them raise in a week, especially in Argentina. If you would be willing, Camila and I would greatly appreciate any amount you can help us with.
