Help Cammy Roll into Her Future in Portland

My friends, I am reaching out to you for help. As most of you know, I made a necessary and long-needed move in February. I am so grateful to have made that change and for all the support I had from friends in the process. Soon after settling into my new place, I made the even bigger decision to move to Portland this summer—big and exciting stuff! But then I ended up having to make another unexpected interim move to the place where I’m staying now until I leave at the end of June—which is just days away now!

Unfortunately, the cost of these back-to-back moves, along with unplanned medical and dental fees, and other unexpected expenses, have depleted my funds. Coupled with the current explosion in gas prices, my originally well-planned budget has been…well…obliterated. I’m trying to fund all of these unexpected expenses plus the enormous cost of renting and fueling a 10 mpg diesel moving truck (which I am praying will total no more than about $2,700), plus lodging and gas for my car for the 950+-mile trek to Portland (another ~$500).

You know me, so you know how uncomfortable I am asking for help—especially financial help—but I have to do this. Please consider helping me raise $3,500-$4,000 to get through this leg of my journey.
