Help Cape Harmony Recover After Car Accident

To our Cape Harmony Family and Friends,

Yesterday, on our way home from a gig at the Mashpee Commons, we were unfortunately involved in the middle of a 5 car accident. Our car was totaled and is completely unsalvageable. The photo that we are able to attach to the banner shows only a minimal amount of the damage that the car endured. We are grateful to share that with the severity of the crash our members who were in the car were not severely injured, but walked away with minor concussions and whiplash. This accident leaves us with only one car, meaning we will not have enough space to get members to and from gigs.

Cape Harmony is a self-run small business that is composed of ten college-aged students from all over the country that come together every summer to sing for residents and tourists of all ages all over Cape Cod. Weekly shows, private gigs, and bucketing are our primary source of income, and we rely on the profit of these performances to afford living expenses. Without enough vehicles to get to and from daily performances we are unable to make the funds necessary to afford the costs of a rental car or other living expenses. Renting a car is vital to continuing our shows this season as our one car seats only 5 of our 10 members. By donating to this GoFundMe, you are not only helping our group cover the cost of rental fees, but allowing our group to continue working for the rest of our season on Cape Cod. Any additional funds raised will be put towards buying a new car for the member who lost their vehicle in the accident.
