On July 1st, my 9 year old niece was tragically struck by an SUV while riding her bicycle in her neighborhood.
She suffered injuries from the impact.
-Traumatic Brain injury
- Facial nerve damage
-Broken leg/fractured tibia
-Severe skin abrasions and road rash
-Deep skin tissue injuries requiring skin grafts
After several days of assisted breathing devices and tubes of all sorts being removed, by the grace of God she was awoken from her induced coma and is stable.
Her speech and memory are slowly coming back but will need intense therapy for a full recovery.
Her body suffered extreme road rash and will need top specialist care for skin grafting.
The medical bills are overwhelming. Between the time off work, rehabilitation costs, the tireless shifts staying by Capri’s side, the financial burden is daunting.

This girl is special. Extremely special. She’s the oldest cousin of 7, and is the light of her cousins , parents, aunts& uncles, grandparents and everyone she meets lives. ☀️ Her two younger sisters have been severely impacted seeing their hero in so much pain.
And our family needs all the support we can get. I helped raised this little girl when she was 2 during a difficult time in her life, and she’s my first baby in my eyes. Please help our little Capri Rose come back stronger than ever!!
