Help Carjacking Victim NAYEF in west loop

Hi Guys, Naeif Rafeh was carjacked on Apr 9th beaten black and blue and taken to hospital for concussions .Naeif  Rafeh lost his Car his phone which are not yet found .

He is now available on his new phone. His Car Plate # 7203LY Black Lincoln Continental, Please lookout for it and if seen don’t engage,  call 911 to report the location.

Naeif Rafeh is now recovering at home in Oswego IL.
